On the morning of November 4th, the PURERAY factory buzzed with anticipation as the "Kick-off Meeting for the Lean Production Project" commenced. 

This project is not only an upgrade to our production management but also a new starting point for our team's collective pursuit of manufacturing excellence.

1. The Way of Lean: Creating More Value

This kick-off meeting specially invited an expert from SGS to deliver an insightful sharing session for PURERAY employees.

The expert explained that the core of lean production is to identify the value stream, eliminate waste, and streamline processes—working smarter to maximize output. This goal aligns perfectly with PURERAY's mission to achieve manufacturing excellence and deliver greater value to customers.

The expert also introduced the "time-based management strategy." By prioritizing quality, mitigating risks, and reducing the time between error occurrence and correction, companies can achieve an optimal balance between quality, cost, and delivery.

During the Q&A session, frontline production workers and the SGS expert discussed real production challenges, making the meeting both engaging and highly relevant.

2. Vision & Outlook: Balancing Efficiency and Well-being

Ms. Cheng, General Manager of PURERAY Instrument, spoke about the company’s journey from its early startup days to its current scale. She emphasized that ongoing optimization of the production system is crucial to maintaining PURERAY’s competitive edge.

Ms. Cheng stressed that lean production is not only about improving efficiency but also about upgrading corporate culture. The company will establish a reward mechanism to encourage all staff to participate in improvement initiatives and jointly propel PURERAY into a new phase of high-quality development.

Subsequently, Mr. Shao gave a summary speech, introducing updates on the new 11,000m2 factory construction. Scheduled to be operational early next year, the facility will provide a more efficient, comfortable, and modern production environment, representing a significant leap in PURERAY’s manufacturing capacity.

Mr. Shao stated that PURERAY is currently experiencing steady and healthy development. He hopes that lean management will improve efficiency, reduce overtime, and allow every employee to work with greater ease.
