Miniature Connector
A miniature connector is a coupling that joins electrical terminations to transmit data, power, and signals and is used to connect portable devices such as mobile phones, tablets and cameras. The coating on connector pins is essential to corrosion resistance, conductivity, durability and stable connection. Common plating materials include metals (e.g. gold, silver and nickel) and alloys (e.g. tin-lead). Coating thickness analyzers can detect coatings on pins in a fast and accurate way, which is important to quality control. These spectrometers help improve stability and extend service life of miniature connectors.

- Equipped with the smart FP algorithm, the analyzer is able to accurately measure the thickness and composition of coatings at the same time.

- The analyzer supports multi-point tests of tiny samples by virtue of the micro-motion platform.

- Without standard samples, the spectrometer is able to analyze unknown samples in a fast and accurate way.
