XRF-T6SDD is a RoHS analyzer specifically designed for environmental directives such as halogen-free, RoHS and EN71. With an USA AMETEK customized Fast-SDD detector, this analyzer boasts powerful non-destructive testing capability. It is able to accurately and rapidly detect polybrominated biphenyls (PBBs), hexavalent chromium, lead, mercury, cadmium, polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs) and other heavy metals.
